Coaching with Sarah
Many women in their 40’s and beyond are searching for answers to why they’re feeling crap. They’re looking for solutions to help them successfully lose weight, stop their hot flushes and steady their mood, but not finding the information and support they need.
Whilst the programme will give you everything you need in regards to information, sometimes more personalised guidance and accountability is what is needed. Coaching has strong evidence behind it backing its effectiveness for improving health and well-being. Working with Sarah will save you time with personalised goals that are specific to your symptoms and lifestyle.
The first coaching session will be to get an idea on who you are, what your symptoms are and what goals you want. You can then book further sessions whenever you wish for specific support or to work on new goals.
Each session is approximately 1 hour
Sarah is a qualified naturopath, nutritionist, herbalist and life coach. She can help you in any area related to diet, lifestyle and mindset.
