One-on-one zoom call with Sarah to go over a weekly diet plan and give recommendations for improving your nutrition and balancing hormones.
Nutrition is the foundation of our health and wellbeing. Many nutrients are the building blocks to hormones, in fact they are the building block to almost everything.
Sarah will assess your diet to see if you are eating as well as you could be – this includes looking at energy (kJ), fats, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and food groups. She will check for any deficiencies or excesses that could be contributing to any of your symptoms.
You will be asked to download a free app called Easy Diet Diary so you can upload your daily food intake into it and Sarah can check it over a week. Sarah can also link this to a database (Foodworks TM) from which she can analyse nutrient intake in more depth. This database is a validated and well respected tool used both in clinical practice and research.
Part of this analysis is a short zoom meeting with Sarah go through the results and create goals to improve your food intake and eating habits.
