Weight Loss & Hormones – Is it calories in vs calories out?

Losing weight isn’t as simple and as healthy as calories in vs calories out when it comes to health and hormones.

When talking calories – you could choose to have a can of coke – and count those calories vs having a healthy meal of healthy veggies and protein source and fats and count those calories.

The can of coke is going to affect your body in a BAD way and spike your insulin and do much damage – vs the nutritious meal which may be the same amount of calories – but much more beneficial and full of vitamins and fibre and antioxidants.

Think HEALTH – Not calories in vs calories out as you could choose to eat all your calories by eating McDonalds – which isn’t going to do any good for your health.
